LIFE-GIVING IMPACT
The Nile River has been renowned worldwide for millennia, but its source has only been known for about 150 years. From its point of origin on the edge of Lake Victoria near a small town called Jinja, in Uganda, the waters of the Nile run northward up the continent; filling tributaries, nourishing farmlands, and supporting life all along its path to the Mediterranean Sea. The Source of the Nile (pictured above) compellingly illustrates the life-giving impact of sustained monthly giving toward the mission of Covenant Mercies. A strong monthly support base allows us to expand our current programs, explore new areas of growth, and multiply our effectiveness in the lives of fatherless children in countless ways.

The Source is a group of our essential partners who share our commitment to provide Christ-centered education, healthcare, and mentorship to orphans in Africa.
