This left her and her brother in the sole car of their mother who does not have a job and only generates a small amount of income by washing clothes for people. Thankfully, Emanda is a healthy girl and she has been able to remain in school. She is bright and hard-working and she is currently in fourth grade.
Emanda lives in the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. Amharic is the main language spoken in this area.Â
