Edward’s father died of cancer in 2021, leaving him in the care of his mother and grandmother. Edward is not yet in school, but sponsorship with Covenant Mercies will enable him to enroll at Lighthouse Christian School where he will receive a quality, Christian education. Edward and his mother and grandmother are all in good health.
Edward lives in a village near Ndola, in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Bemba is the main language spoken in this area. Ndola is also home to Covenant Mercies’ partner school, Lighthouse Christian School. Â
