Naomi lost her father to malaria in 2020. This left her in the sole care of her mother, who struggles to provide for her. Thankfully, Naomi is a healthy girl. She is not yet in school, but sponsorship with Covenant Mercies will enable her to enroll at Lighthouse Christian School where she will receive a quality Christian education.
Naomi lives in a village near Ndola, in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Bemba is the main language spoken in this area. Ndola is also home to Covenant Mercies’ partner school, Lighthouse Christian School. Â
