Through God’s grace and your prayers and generosity, we are making a difference in the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children in the developing world.

 

2024 Impact Infographic Facts

• We completed construction on two new buildings at Hope Community Primary School in Kiburara, Uganda – a classroom building and a library/computer lab.
• We developed a site plan for Alpha & Omega Secondary School’s new campus in Kiburara and broke ground on October 23.
• Lighthouse Christian School in Ndola, Zambia added Grade 9 and is now serving 370+ sponsored students.
• We now have 30 indigenous staff members in our five program areas.
• 17 Mapalo Scholars are now university graduates, and 31 Mapalo Scholarship recipients are currently pursuing higher education.
• We are so thankful for our church partnerships! In 2024, 8 church teams competed in the 2024 RunFAR Challenge and raised $31,000. We also had 14 opportunities in 7 states and 4 countries to share a ministry update during Sunday morning services, resulting in 122 new sponsors.
• Over 1,850 children are now sponsored through our Orphan Sponsorship Program. In 2024, we enrolled 236 new children while seeing 57 students graduate from the program.
