Location: Ndola, Zambia

Paxina’s father died of a brain aneurism in 2015.  This left her in the sole care of her mother.  She attends a local community school, but is only in the third grade because her mother could not afford her school fees.  Sponsorship with Covenant Mercies will enable her to enroll at Lighthouse Christian School.  Paxina and her mother are both in good health.

Paxina lives in a village near Ndola, in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Bemba is the main language spoken in this area. Ndola is also home to Covenant Mercies’ partner school, Lighthouse Christian School.
