Naboth K.

Location: Kiburara, Uganda

Naboth is the youngest of seven children. He lost his father to malaria in 2020 and his mother is not able to care for him on her own. He lives with his older sister who also has children of her own to care for. Thankfully, Naboth is a healthy boy and he has been able to remain in school in spite of financial challenges. He is currently in 2nd grade at a local primary school.

Naboth lives in a village near Kiburara, Uganda.  Runyankore and Rukiga are the main languages spoken in this area.  Kiburara is also home to Hope Community School, established by Covenant Mercies in 2020.
