Location: Ndola, Zambia
Melody’s father died of malaria in 2024. This left her in the sole care of her mother. Melody is not yet in school, but sponsorship with Covenant Mercies will enable her to enroll at Lighthouse Christian School. Thankfully, Melody and her mother are both in good health.
Melody lives in a village near Ndola, in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Bemba is the main language spoken in this area. Ndola is also home to Covenant Mercies’ partner school, Lighthouse Christian School. Â
