Edomias’s father was tragically murdered on the day that Edomias was born. This left her and her sister in the sole car of their mother who does not have a job and only generates a small amount of income by washing clothes for people. Thankfully, Edomias is a healthy boy and he has been able to remain in school. He is currently in second grade at a local primary school.
Edomias lives in the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. Amharic is the main language spoken in this area.Â
